We are a family with two young girls looking for someone in the afternoon to fetch them from school, take them home (where I will be working from) doing homework, driving them to extra murals, ensure they have healthy food to eat in the afternoon and doing shopping as needed. We have three dogs and whilst we dont expect you to look after them we do need someone to remind and assist the girls to feed them and make sure they have water everyday. We are looking for someone that is committed to making our girls happy and do extra learning with them and looking for a longer term job. The girls specifically asked for someone that doesnt sit on their phone and plays with them, as we have had a bad expereince previously with other aupairs. If you can only commit for a short period of time, please dont apply as this is disruptive to the kids. We dont want someone that sees this as just a means to fill some hours and earning money on the side. If you prove you are committed and help us with our girls we will remunerate and treat you with the respect and kindness you deserve. We believe in open honest communication no matter how hard the topic is so expect the same back from you. Generally we are a fun happy go lucky family that is looking for someone to help us raise the girls as with two very busy jobs we need all the help we can. You should be well organized and not require a lot of direction once you understand the needs of our family. Our one daughter is neurodiverse and whilst high functioning she can be challenging and times, so you will need to have resilience and grit. Occasional weekend work may be required. I travel for work and therefore also need someone who is flexible and can put the needs of the girls above all as needed. Please be aware we will be on holiday for 3 weeks in June. Therefore their will be a period of no pay/holiday which we can discuss.
