Melloney is a very caring and loving person. She is excellent with kids and I would highly recommend her for any au pair work (locally or internationally). She has acted as a "second" mom (for my three daughters) and I could trust her with my whole heart. Although she is a soft-spoken she can firmly apply discipline and structure. I've relied on her to transport my kids to school, sports, etc, which she has always done (on time, etc). She has also build excellent relationships with other parents, teachers, etc - which is very valuable to any parent. After all these years, she has stayed in contact with us and we've really build a long term relationship - she has been far more than an au pair to me!
