Introduction to families

"Dear Family" message

I matriculated in 2019 and decided to spend some time as an Au Pair before commencing my studie. I was employed with a wonderful family in Pretoria as an full time au-pair from March 2020 until March 2021. Unfortunately due to my studies, I was sadly unable to continue working full-time for them due to the workload and class. I have extensive baby-sitting / child-minding and tutoring experience and have a passion for caring for babies and toddlers. I’m friendly and responsible, and look forward to any new challenges.

Why I would make the perfect au pair

I believe each child is precious and unique and love seeing them develop. I enjoy spending time with little ones. I’m calm, responsible and great at following routines. Over the years, working at the daycare centre, I’ve been exposed to children of various ages with different needs. (I can handle “explosive” nappies.) The past year as a full-time aupair was one of the best experiences. Every milestone reached was the best and proudest feeling in the world.

Hobbies and other interests

I enjoy cooking, crocheting, being active and the outdoors. Studying takes up most of my time, but I try to make some time to do horse riding and play hockey. I love fashion, and have a passion for interior design. In my free time I love spending time with my friends and family.
