Why I would make the perfect au pair

What would make me the suitable candidate for this position? 1. I take my position very seriously when working with children, especially young children like toddlers that are learning to walk, talk and write. 2. I have done a lot of reading up on childhood development and stimulating exercises to do with children that encourage fine and gross motor skills. 3. I recently completed a skills course in child psychology. This does not make me a registered psychological but it did help me learn about the ways children express themselves and ways to talk to children. 4. I am responsible, caring and reliable. 5. I am able to prepare meals for the child and family. 6. I am able and willing to assist with any admin work as well. 7. I am currently a caregiver and au pair for a lady in my town.

Caru B has worked with our family, in Gauteng, Kempton Park for July and August 2020. She stayed in with our family during week days. And she worked every second weekend. She assisted some of the nights, beyond her schedule, when I needed her to look after my little one. My boy is almost 3 years old. He can not speak our home language yet. She was amazing to assist me to take him to the speech therapist, and do the necessary homework and exercises with him. She did all this in a loving and caring way – and my boy just LOVED her. I could see an improvement in his happiness, speech and physical strength within 2 weeks. She implemented a program to do exercise we got from the occupational therapist, and she assisted with routine and a happy environment. While he was taking his afternoon nap, she would prepare dinner for our family. And sometimes she would go do shopping for the necessary groceries we needed for the house. This helped a lot as she planned most of our routine for us. Her cooking is amazing. And she can multi task Unfortunately, due to circumstances, my mom has to come and stay with us. Therefor her service will no longer be needed. As my mom will help me look after my boy while she stays there. I am very sad to let her go. But I can 200% recommend her to any family. She will work hard, and your children will love her.
