Description of tutoring experience

I was a tutor for two grade 4 learners (a boy and girl) which I taught separately, both of which had learning difficulties. I have tutor experience within a grade 4 level mostly in math and English but also have tutor experience in Afrikaans, geography and history. I also home schooled two children in grade 5 and 6.

Dear family, Thank you for taking the time to read my introduction letter. My name is Emma W and I am 23 years old. I am originally from Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu Natal but have recently moved to Somerset west. I have my bachelors degree in foundation phase education and have experience as a special needs facilitator, tutor and au pair. Teaching is my passion and in the last year I have been working as a special needs facilitator at a private school in KwaZulu Natal, in this role I assisted a grade 4 special needs learner with school work by working beside her in the classroom across all subjects, I also assisted the teachers with various tasks and taught lessons. In the afternoons I was a tutor for two grade 4 learners, both of which had learning difficulties. In my spare time I love to take my dogs for walks around the neighborhood, go to the gym, swim, or relax with some tea and a movie.
